Home based business and health allows us to be up to date on the latest and best news in keeping our bodies young, fit and healthy.It allows up to be part of a health marketing network and gives us a residual income wellness business opportunity. It opens all doors for us. But Wellness - what does this really mean? How can we achieve it?

  1. Wellness is avoiding problems
  2. Looking young is slowing down the cosmetic appearance of aging
  3. Fitness is having enough energy and the mental desire to enjoy a full active day and life

Is it really possible to achieve wellness, maintain our good looks and fitness? Yes - it definitely is, and people all around the world are doing just this, particularly if they are in a residual income wellness business or even the health and fitness business.

Wellness starts at the cellular level. Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells. These cells are replaced all the time with new cells. In fact the body completely rebuilds itself every seven years. The secret or key to Wellness, youthful looks and energy is to have yourself replace themselves with Healthy cells, not Sick Cells.

Cells make up all the tissue and organs of the body. The organs make up US- the human being. Regardless of their function in the body eg. heart, lungs, skin, these cells are all the same.

Although wellness starts within the cell, it also revolves around the Genome where the DNA is. One of the most recent and hottest areas of research is Nutrigenomics or the science of Nutritional Genomics. It is the study of how naturally occurring chemicals in foods alter molecular expression of genetic information in individuals.

What this means is that we can influence what we are genetically predisposed to in a negative or positive way. There is a critical link between diet and wellness.

Our genes are impacted by radiation, toxins, chemical and diet. Only nutrition nothing else has been shown to change our genetic functioning.

Science has known for some time that we need to supply our bodies with specific nutrients for good health. Science and research has provided us with some amazing nutritional supplements, supplements that can measure results. Our cells need these specific nutrients to function at optimal level. Our bodies must receive daily and adequate supplies of

  1. Water
  2. Amino Acids [protein]
  3. Essential Fats [EFA'S]
  4. Carbohydrates
  5. Antioxidants
  6. Vitamins and Minerals
  7. Phytohormones
  8. Glyconutrients

The first four categories of nutrients are classed as Macronutrients. We normally get adequate supplies of these. The only one we might be short on are good EFA'S and in particular omega 3.

The last four categories of nutrients, classed as Micronutrients we do not get in adequate supply. This has a huge and detrimental affect on our health.

But luck has it! We can do something about it. We can turn our bodies around. We can make healthier new cells. You can make a better YOU. The wellness industry is booming because so many have found the key to health and wellness. They are replacing these missing nutrients back into their diets and they are reaping the benefits in so many ways

I personally have done just this. I am a great example of how the best nutrition can turn one's health around - for the better, how it can reverse the aging process and make you look younger. This has happened to me! It can happen to all of us when are are part of network marketing and natural health BECAUSE we can afford to supplement our diet with whatever we like!
